Taken April 2004 from Tokyo, Narita - NRT to London, Heathrow - LHR

JAL has once again proven to me the quality of Japanese crew and ground staff.

From check-in to arrival in London JAL went that extra bit further to provide the customers with a sense of quality and reliability. This is all baked with an efficient and genuinely polite systematic approach towards their customers.

It was touching to see the staff take such pride in their work and have experienced such excellent srevice.

Departure was exactly as scheduled and every aspect of the flight was performed to perfection. The catering was superb with both Japanese and Western food available.
