FLIGHT: LH 3550 MUC - VIE. Dur: 1h05min, on time.

It was an award flight, hence the good value mark.

GROUND SERVICE: Check-in was efficient, no queues at check-in (it was early morning).

The new Lufthansa Terminal 2 in Munich is really a great experience, a spacious main building and comfortable gate areas.

AIRCRAFT: A320-200, modern, clean and well kept. Leather seats in all classes.

COMFORT: The seats were comfortable, but the legroom was rather poor. However, the flight was only half full.

CATERING: As usual they only offered a snack for this short flight, which is in my opinion acceptable. Anyway the sandwiches were fresh and tasteful. Cold drinks were only offered once, but they came a second time with coffee and tea (and had you another cold drink if asked for it, too).

STAFF: Always helpful and polite, worked in a professional and efficient way, but I missed a smile here and there.

CONCLUSION: No special service was provided, but satisfying for this short flight and you don't have to worry about the wings falling off...
