Total lack of believable information as to reasons for delay or when eventual departure would be. Scheduled originally for 09-00 hours, changed to 21-00 hours, then to 23-45 hours and eventually took off at 02-00 hours the next morning, without the bulk of the luggage. Luggage still not delivered 36 hours after arrival in UK. Aircraft was uncomfortably cold. PA system was poor meaning many passengers could not hear crew annoncements. | ||
