Horizon Airlines is one of the worst airlines in the world, I think. I fly it from PDX to Butte and Helena monthly, and 3 times out of 4 they lose my luggage coming or going! (Usually at Seattle, although once in Helena 22 people got off the plane from Seattle, and NO ONE had luggage! Unfortunately, they are flying to a limited service area, and seem to think they can do what they want with NO consideration for their customers.
