I would like to start with their obnoxious treatment you get from their reservation desk. If you wish to speak in English press one, response in Spanish lucky for me I know both languages! I also ordered a special meal "vegetarian" guess what no meal, explanation!! when you arrive at the airport at the check in desk you're suppose to re-confirm your meal! (makes a lot of sence). The seating is tight on airbus 340 if you're taller than 5 feet (170cm). The crew dresses nice, but they have an attitude the size of New York city. Listening to the crew complaint does not cheer you on board. | ||
