Flybe is one of the best airlines which which I have ever flown and Belfast City Airport is lovely. I fly this route every month and it is well worth the money as the cabin crew are all very friendly, the aircraft is always clean and tidy and the flights to Newcastle are always on time. If you can book early enough, you can get a return flight for just £25 incl taxes!

Our flight departed for Newcastle 10 minutes early and landed 10 minutes early at Newcastle- excellent. Friendly cabin crew and good on-board service this flight which only took 40 minutes.

I have not taken any notice of Easyjet who are now operating services from Belfast International to Newcastle because.

A) The International Airport is almost 14 miles out of Belfast and is nowhere near as nice as the City Airport.

B) Easyjet service is not as good as Flybe's.

I love Flybe after having flown numerous flights with them. My only worry was that because Easyjet are taking business away, Flybe would cut back their flights, but they don't seem to have done yet- thank goodness!

Easyjet don't deserve the business as far as I can see it- they thrive on jeapordizing other airlines.
