I had a prepaid ticket and was supposed to get ticket on departure. These guys said that I had to pay for the ticket while I had confirmation of payment from their central office. At the end of story I paid cash, as they did not accept my credit card for payment. As they told me they do not accept credit cards too close to departure. Very stupid explanation, but I had not time to argue. Seats were terrible, dirty and very old. No meal was served, only soft drinks. Flight attendants were not good at all. They looked like they were doing their job for free and were not satisfied with it. I think that it is not the way to provide service. I will never fly with this airline again. | ||
