Taken December 2000 from Toronto to Ciego de Avila, Cuba

Service in Row 13 was less than adequate. Examples:

1) While the beverage cart still adjacent, my wife requested a refill on tomato juice. Request denied.

2) No wine service offered at Row 13 during meal. Same for buns.

3) Milk requested during meal service. Never delivered.

4) At the time of tray pickup, I removed my coffee cup from the tray and requested a second cup. Stewardeness picked up the cup as no second cup of coffee was to be available. Reason unknown.

Admittedly, the flight was full but it is a long flight and so there was no great rush to get things done. Row 13 was a service "dead zone".

The good news:

Returning on December 22, Flt 815, service was excellent on all counts. Flight about half full. Same seats.

To add to the above, the Comment section of the web site comes up with the error message: "Mail send failure. Error was 503 5.5.1 Waiting for RCPT command". No other method provided for message delivery, eg: fax number.
