Home > KLM Cityhopper > ReviewTaken May 2004 from Toulouse - TLS to Amsterdam, Schiphol - AMSSome days before I had an uneventful flight AMS-TLS on a rather clean Fokker 70 (PH-KZA). On both flight crew were friendly, newspaper were available, we had engough drink, but food, a sandwich with egg, is poisonous and best avoided. On the second flight, the crew was British (from air uk). Again it was an uneventful, and the plane a Fokker 100 (PH-KLE) wasn't as noisy as a 737. But the interior of this plane bought new by KLM looked very old, yellow, dirty. All seats were torn, armrest were broken. The plastic window was also broken. No in-flight magazine was available on a majority of seats. Temperature aboard the plane was high, and individual ventilation were falling apart and didn't worked. Seats were hard and uncomfortable. A safety issue was a life vest that wasn't in its storage. KLM has fallen very low those days, and it is a shame they have planes this uncomfortable. | ||
