Home > EasyJet > 2004 > ReviewTaken May 2004 from Belfast International - BFS to Bristol - BRSThis was a short domestic trip from Belfast International to Bristol and took just under an hour in each direction. Checkin in belfast was completed by Aviance and the checkin agent was polite and friendly and checked in us and our baggage. We headed to the gate, but as the flight was coming in from Amsterdam, we had a fairly long walk to the furthest gate away - Gate 24 in the International Departures lounge. Aviance were obviously short staffed and the boarding agent was working on her own, but was polite, friendly and efficent even if it did take a little longer to board. Once on board we were greeted by the senior cabin crew at the front who seemed a bit flustered, but generally nice. We took off about 15 minutes late as a passenger had to be offloaded as he failed to turn up at the gate. The flight was fine with good legroom and the crew started selling products from their easyKiosk which was reasonably priced. The senior crew served our section of the aircraft in a friendly manner. As we descended towards Bristol, the flight became turbulent due to some thunder clouds and for about 10 minutes we were chucked in every direction! However, these eased slightly once we got through the clouds. Arrived in Bristol bang on time and reclaimed our baggage quickly and without hassle. Return was similar. Checkin agent in Bristol (this time from Servisair) was friendly and polite and explained the boarding procedure and the free seating policy. Again, we boarded and departed on time and the Northern Irish crew on the return seemed friendlier than the outbound and the Senior Crew member was very friendly with a constant smile on her face. We had a very smooth flight across to Belfast and arrived 10minutes early. Again, no problems with baggage and we were out of the airport within another 10 minutes. As a regular customer of easyJet, I can find no faults with the airline. We booked our seats a week before departure and managed to get to return seats for £90 all in. For that, you can't complain! The aircrafts were clean and roomy and the ground and cabin crew were all very friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. I definatly recommend easyJet. I have tried ryanair a few times from Dublin to the mainland, but they are nowhere near as good as easyJet when it comes to low fares and fab service. Keep it up easyJet! Your doing a great job! | ||
