Taken March 2004 from Miami, FL - MIA to Paris, Charles de Gaulle - CDG

The commencement of our journey began with check-in at Miami International Airport. The agents were awesome! They had great attitudes, spoke good English, French, and German, and were very helpful. Check in took about 10 minutes, and we went straight to the gate.

Upon boarding, we saw how clean and new the Airbus A330 was; it was really immaculate. The entertainment from Miami to Zurich was great. There were movies in English, Italian, German, and French. Also, once aboard, I received the best treatment from flight attendants that I have ever received. Drinks were served promptly, and the meal was also served with excellent timing. Choices of beer, wine, and soft drinks were available, all for no charge. Meal was chicken and rice, or pasta-both were great.

The Inter-European route from Zurich to Paris and Paris to Zurich had much to be desired. Drinks and food are available for a fee; its best to pack your own snacks.

The return Zurich-Miami was a bit longer than taking a non-stop Paris-Miami flight, however it was definitely worth it. The flight attendants were very helpful, and caring. One's comfort is definitely their priority. Entertainment again was awesome, movies were available in different genres, every mood was satisfied. The flight arrived on time, and with the hot towel, I felt very refreshed. Excellent flights, I will definitely fly Swiss again!
