Taken May 2004 from Chicago, IL - CHI to Tokyo, Narita - NRT
Very happy to have upgraded to business class for such a long flight. About twelve hours and forty minutes. Service was good, while perhaps a little indifferent, by a veteran (ie older than average) crew. Food was good (the actual meals; the in-between snacks are not that great). Flight was very smooth. In flight entertainment was just below average, with a choice of five (mostly mediocre) movies on the individual seat screen. The music selection is quite good on UAL. |
