Taken January 2004 from Salt Lake City, UT - SLC to Anchorage, AK - ANC

I used frequent flier miles to fly first class to Anchorage. The segment from Salt Lake City to Anchorage was without doubt my best flying experience ever. Why? The flight attendants did everything they could possibly do to make the passengers feel comfortable and at ease. Moreover, they interacted well with each other and seemed to really be enjoying their jobs.

They served a very good lunch and made repeated offers for drinks and beverages. They were warm, friendly, and attentive.

The return trip to Salt Lake City was also good. As it was an overnight flight, there was less interaction with the flight attendants. Nonetheless, they still acted quite professionally and treated the passengers well.

Kudos to Delta for a job, very well done. I would not hesitate to recommend using Delta.
