Home > Flybe > 2004 > ReviewTaken June 2004 from London, Gatwick - LGW to Belfast - Harbour - BHDThe check-in agent was very efficient and business like and set a good first impression. The flight departed Gatwick promptly and the seating was comfortable. However, it needs to be stated that the air line charged me £4 for a rather small sandwich! I gave the flight attendant £10 and she made a fuss about the change. She eventually returned to me and offered me £2 change. When I pointed out her mistake she played the role of a drama queen and appeared to be very sorry. The same attendant made mistakes with other customers and was either having a bad day or needed a lesson in mathematics. In general it was a good flight, but more expensive than competitors on the same route. | ||
