Considering this flight was book very last minute, it was very good value for at £40. Departure from Barcelona's very nice and modern El Prat International Airport was on time and arrival at Gatwick as ahead of schedule. The flight was scheduled to last 2 hours and 30 minutes, but it actually took less than 2hrs.

The seats were comfortable enough for the short flight on board of the Boeing 737-700 and had a reasonable recline function, unlike that of some of the newer Ryanair 737-800s where they have removed the seat recline altogether among other things.

After take off cabin staff came round offering all passengers a complimentary copy of the easyJet inflight magazine and were told that they could take it away with them if they wanted. The three attendants swiftly came round the cabin with the "easyKiosk" buy-on-board service along with the duty free products and proceeded to come through the cabin once again to collect any litter. Before we knew it we were on our final decent into Gatwick Airport.
