It has been a long time since I have flown with this airline.

I chose to fly with them on this occasion due to it being cheaper by twenty pounds than British Airways. This, in my opinion, was a mistake.

The flight was delayed both ways, but instead of telling us the truth about the delay, they told us initially 20 minutes, and then added another 20 minutes and so forth.

It was very stressful!

The aircraft was old and unclean, and my seat was broken and uncomfortable.

Although the staff were friendly, the cost of the refreshments made up for the saving in cost for British Airways whose in-flight service and comfort is much better.

It would have to be a huge cost difference for me to fly Easy Jet on this route again.
