Taken May 2004 from London, Gatwick - LGW to Orlando, FL - ORL

Despite a short delay on the outbound flight (30min), after we boarded we received a service which I can honestly compare to top scheduled carriers. We usually flew Virgin Atlantic on this route, but with hesitation decided to book with Travel City Direct. I had a much lower expectation due to the fact we were flying charter.

I was wrong. all of the crew were very approachable and always seemed to be present throughout the flight (ie.not hiding away on tea breaks). A very substantial meal was served by crew who seemed they actually enjoyed doing it.

The return flight was just as enjoyable, My family and I will never fly Virgin or BA again while Air Atlanta Europe are serving this route.

Only quibble is Sanford is that little bit further away, but it is worth it.
