Taken July 2000 from London Stansted to Genoa
My flight was delayed for 1 hour, then 2 hours which became 4 hours. We then told the flight would be cancelled and I haven't had a refund yet. Ryanair seem to take your money and does not like to give it back when they don't provide a service!!! |
