Taken July 2004 from Rome - Fuimicino - FCO to Brussels - BRU

Would like to give them 15/10 but more than 10/10 is impossible unfortunately.

Before the flight, I assumed I would have time to sleep a bit on this flight with a scheduled flight-time of 2h25min, but how wrong I was. After the first drink service (10 minutes after departure - a choice of orange juice and water), we got served a hot (!!!) meal, consisting of a very nice pasta together with a small Twix-bar, crackers, and another small cold salad. Both the hot pasta and the salad was VERY tasty, just excellent. This was followed with a second drink service, including free alcohol (beer-wine). After request, you could get another bottle of wine when you wanted. This was followed by a tea/coffee service, which was followed with a chocolate service, with again a bar service for all who wanted. At this time, we had started our descent into BRU already.

Never have I experienced such an excellent service. This was my 46th flight, and my best one ever! Well done SNBA!
