Home > VLM Airlines > ReviewTaken September 2003 from London, City Airport - LCY to AntwerpThis was my second year of international flights with VLM. The flight was a return from London City-Antwerp-London City, taken as part of a holiday in Belgium. The aircraft, a Fokker 50, was a little late arriving into London City, which delayed the departure slightly. We had seats close to the back of the aircraft. The seats were all leather, with reasonable legroom for a small aircraft. The cabin crew, consisting of two stewardesses, were very friendly, efficient and professional. Shortly after take off, the inflight meal, consisting of a cheese sandwich in a sesame-seed-topped bread bun, and a pain au chocolat, were served. The food was very good. Orange juice was chosen to drink. Shortly before the aircraft landed in Antwerp, small Belgian chocolates were handed out to each passenger. The flight touched down in rainy Antwerp 55 minutes after leaving London City. My experiences with VLM have always been very good, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. | ||
