Taken July 2004 from Mulhouse - MLH to Hamburg - HAM

Morning flight LX 856 from the Euroairport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg to Hamburg Fuhlsbuettel. Booked 6 weeks before, ticket price (return!) was only 97 Euros!

The Airport is situated at French territory, but seperated in an French and swiss Zone, as Switzerland is not member of EU. But no Problem with that, I had no problems to pass from "France" to "Switzerland", where the "swiss" flight departed.

Flight was on time on a Saab 2000 Turboprob "Concordino". I was a little bit worried, the plane seemed to be a little tatty, but inside very clean end again with comfortable leather seats and even more footrest than my favorite Embraers.

Amazingly, the plane was more silent, than I thoght.

Only one Stewardess, but no problem with only about 20 pax.

Smooth flight and landing, on time in Hamburg, again well done "swiss"!

Will fly them again and again, if they offer such prices in Future! (Hope so, my Honey lives at Hamburg!)

Hope, this nice airline will be able to survive!
