Taken July 2004 from Bristol - BRS to Belfast International - BFS

Return 21/07/04 - EZY450: BFS - BRS / 737-700

The all female easyjet Belfast based crew were absolutely excellent on both flights! On the way out they were pretty hot and amazingly efficient too. The cabin temperature must have risen about 10 degrees as soon as they stepped onto the plane! Check-in and security was quick and easy at both Bristol and Belfast. The flight from Bristol to Belfast was slightly late leaving due to the aircraft arriving late into Bristol, but we made the time up in the flight anyway so it didn't matter. We took off on runway 27 and then did a right turn over Yatton and then Clevedon, over to Wales and towards Ireland. I think we landed and took off on runway 25 at Belfast. On the way back we took a different route over the Isle of Man and Liverpool and landed on runway 27 after flying over Bath, Keynshem and finally Bristol. (excuse any bad spelling please!) Unfortunatly the view was ruined due to cloud and we had moderate turbulence on approach to the airport. The flight was very very cheap so I was going to satisfied whatever the flight was like and it was fantastic! This was my first time with easyjet and also on the 737-700 type. The a/c was clean and felt quite new and so I will deffinatly be flying easyjet sometime again in the future! Also I had a free glasss of water on both flights. It doesn't seem much, but I've heard on many occasions that even so-called "full service" airlines such as Iberia of Spain charge as much as £1 for water yet alone the food! and they're supposed to be a full service airline representing Spain. I'd rater go with easyjet anytime! The easyjet inflight magazine is handed out shortly after take off and one may keep it if they wish. It contains lots of information about all the cities easyjet flies to and also other articles, some regarding easyjet and some not. The easykiosk is fine for the flight duration and is no more expensive than other airlines' inflight shops. It's probably cheaper than the Bristol airport shops anyway! I had a great day in Belfast and it was my first time to Northern Ireland. On the way back I had an intersesting discussion with the friendly Senior flight attendant who told me that she loved working for easyjet as they didn't work you too hard and they had a great time spirit. Also they payed more than British European who she had previously worked for. I got to see the flightdeck afterwards which was a great advantage. Mark (who was the Captain, and was very young I thought for a Captain) and Andy the First officer were great fun and both had a great sense of humour and told me some info about the flight and aircraft.

Overall I thourghly enjoyed my easyjet flights and I would strongly reccomend them!

Well Done easyjet!
