Taken July 2004 from Montreal - Dorval - YUL to Paris, Charles de Gaulle - CDG

I was generally impressed with the service given the low cost of the tickets - we paid about 570 dollars return which is very low especially during the summer. However both flights were about 2 hours late - but the delay on the return flight seemed to be due to inefficiencies at Charles de Gaulle airport.

The food was quite good - was better than other charter airlines I have flown with and even some larger airlines. The in flight entertainment was good and the staff were generally friendly. However we did run into one rude reservations agent at Terminal 3 in Paris - she was annoyed because we didn't tell her exactly how many passengers were in our group even though it was clear from our passports and reservation. However her attitude is typical of what one finds from employees in France.

Overall for the price the value was excellent and I would fly Zoom again.
