I must first mention that the check-in procedure was rather badly organized as the information board told London bound passengers to check-in at desk 134. After waiting in the queue for over and hour there was a rush to other desks to check-in and the check-in desks were seemingly dealing with 4 destinations at the same time.

Boarding in Copenhagen was much better than is the case in the UK airports used by easyjet. The Danish passengers seem more civilized than the British.

The flight was delayed because of a drunk British passenger who to my surprise was allowed to board the flight.

The service during the flight was functional and efficient. The female pilot kept the passengers informed and arrival was on time as per schedule.

The price of the ticket was not that competitive and I think that in future I shall try SAS into Heathrow.
