I have had a history of flying Aeroflot for a long time now. My first flights with it were domestic flights in Soviet time; in mid-90s I flew Aeroflot many times from Moscow (SVO) to Sofia, Bulgaria, and back. Service onboard was OK, the planes were old modernized Tu-154s. Later in May 2001 I flew Aeroflot for almost 2/3 of the globe and back - nonstop Chicago-Moscow (SVO) and then nonstop Moscow-Vladivostok. The planes were modern A-310 and B-767 with very clean and stylish interior, the food was great, and onboard service excellent. I flew with Aerofolot again in May 2003 Heathrow-Moscow in business class and enjoyed it a lot - not many passengers, good food, new plane. No doubt will recommend to anyone.
