Taken August 2004 from Khartoum - KRT to Washington, Dulles, DC - IAD

I did not enjoy this airline. Upon arriving at the airport, several families had a bag missing, including myself.

The flight was over-booked, resulting in my family and I having to sit in different seats away from each other when our boarding passes clearly had us all together, seat by seat.

Flight attendants were rude and had no sympathy for passengers at all.

Food was delivered, but it was not very tasty. The airplane is very, very cold, causing several people to have nose infections.

We arrived in Newark Airport an hour late. The trip from Newark to Washington was delayed about 3 hours.

This airline lost 7 customers, as my family will never ride this airline again.
