Taken August 2004 from London, Heathrow - LHR to Leeds/Bradford - LBA

This was only a short flight on a Fokker 100 but it left Heathrow on time and arrived in Leeds on time as well so full marks for timing. Check in only took 5 minutes and the staff were very helpful, pleasant and cheery. Boarding was quick and efficient. Legroom was excellent on this plane and my legs did not touch the seat in front at all. Once in the air the flight attendants worked hard to serve a choice of sandwich and a drink - both very good. Service was also with a smile (unlike the Virgin Atlantic staff the day before!).

Overall I was very impressed with BMI on this flight and would have no hesitation using them again.
