Taken August 2004 from Cardiff - CWL to Amsterdam, Schiphol - AMS

Cityhopper flight from Cardiff to Amsterdam to connect with onward flight to Munich (see next reports). Flight left 5 minutes late and arrived on time. Flight was on a Fokker 100, great if you get a seat towards the front of the aircraft, but noisy at the back with the rear mounted engines. not the most seat room I have had, but reasonable for a 1 hour flight.

Flight attendants were polite. Only criticism would be the catering. Choice of cheese or cheese sandwich, with soft drinks or water. I chose the cheese, and wished I hadn't - solid bread roll, tasteless cheese all washed down with a glass of tasteless water.

Arrival at Amsterdam was fine and with luggage being automatically forwarded to the next flight the connection was easy.

A reasonable performance.
