Taken August 2004 from Sacramento, CA - SMF to Washington, Dulles, DC - IAD

The outbound flight was more than forty minutes late boarding passengers; additionally, the return flight was one hour late.

I found the flight attendant staff either uncomfortable and/or not knowledgeable about addressing customers on the p.a. system. Training is needed in that area.
