After proceeding through all the rigmarole, reached the lounge, to find it was flagged as a 2 hour delay. This increased to a 4 hour delay, as one of their earlier legs was late. Finally took off. The downside is we requested an early flight, but still ended up losing a day of the holiday, which equates to £350 of the holiday cost. Film was good - Shrek 2. Food was edible. Staff were distant, no explanation, just sorry for the delay. | ||
