Taken August 2004 from Tenerife South to London, Gatwick - LGW

Checked in no problem, no indication of delay. Aviance were weighing luggage going out and charging @ £4 per kilo excess. After proceeding through all the rigmarole, reached the lounge, to find it was flagged as a 3 hour delay, as one of their earlier legs was late. Talking with other passengers who had travelled over various weeks, the delay is a regular occurence and same times. Finally took off.

Film was good - Laws of Attraction. Food was edible. Staff were distant, no explanation, just sorry for the delay.
