We recently used this airline for a family holiday flight only to Tenerife. Booking the tickets was very easy through Flightline Direct at £176 each. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes going out and right on time coming back. In fact we were 10 minutes early on landing.

We were a little concerned from comments on the website, but found the company and flight to be of a superior service to those so called quality charter airlines. The service and staff on both outbound and return flights was excellent, so was the food. Cabin crew were polite considerate and kind - always working with a smile.

We would definitely use this company again.
