Home > EasyJet > 2004 > ReviewTaken August 2004 from Newcastle - NCL to Copenhagen - CPHThe aircraft, a 737-700, boarded quickly at Newcastle and pushed back exactly on time. Very smooth take-off, but didn't get much information from the flight deck about routing and weather etc. Service was fantastic and the cabin crew were very friendly. We landed in Copenhagen 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Copenhagen is a huge airport, but our bags were already on the belt when we arrived at the baggage reclaim. Out of the airport and on train to city within 20 minutes. Return flight was even better. Aircraft was ready to board well ahead of schedule, so again on time departure. Crew were fantastic, nothing was a problem for them. Arrived in Newcastle 10 minutes early: disembarked quickly and bags were already on belt in the baggage reclaim when we got there. Fantastic flights yet again from easyJet. We sat on row 12 (emergency exit) both ways. On return one of the cabin crew was quite strict, following procedures to the letter which was good to see. She even wouldn't let a Danish couple sit in the exit rows as they couldn't speak English very well, in case she had to give them instructions in an emergency. I have never seen this happen before. I have flown on them 4 times now from Newcastle, and never once encountered any problem of any description. Its such a shame that they are giving up the Newcastle-Copenhagen route from December. Lets hope they introduce more fantastic routes from Newcastle. | ||
