This was my first time to use Wizz. Wizz is a new Hungarian low fares company and my impression of my flight with Wizz is favourable.

The flight was on a rather comfortable Air Bus and the cabin crew were mostly Hungarian. Although I am Hungarian I think that they need some British cabin crew too as some of the Hungarians were not confident in speaking English and this is of course a concern where security is concerned as non-Hungarians will not feel happy if saefty instructions are not easy to understand.

Wizz sells snacks and drinks at quite expensive prices.

The ground staff were efficient and the price of the ticket was favourable compared with rivals on the route, but not the cheapest.

I have mentioned Wizz to non-Hungarian friends of mine as I think it is a decent company and within the space of a 2 hour and 20 minute flight the cabin crew overall proved themselves to be reliable and left me with a generally positive impression. However, I would like to see more advertising of the services of Wizz and better access to reservations as we do not all have internet connections!
