Taken January 2004 from Los Angeles, CA - LAX to Toronto - YTO

After reading a lot of bad reviews on this site we were a little concerned about Jets-go. However, these fears were unfounded.

The flight to Toronto was 30 minutes late for departure which was no problem to us, the seats we had chosen when we booked on line were right behind the galley which made leg room a little cramped, but not unbearable. The flight attendants were polite and happy, the food trolley came out early in the flight and the food available for purchase was not overpriced and was fresh. The drinks however were not cold, but were warm. No ice was offered on the outbound flight, however inbound ice was offered.

The return flight was on time, the seats we picked were uncomfortable they were directly in front of the galley so the seats did not recline much and that limited room when the seats in front fully reclined. We are both six feet tall so leg room was cramped and we did not have enough room to open the laptop computer. Next time I will know not to choose those seats.

Overall our experience with Jets-go was very good we paid 437.00 for two tickets return to Toronto from Los Angeles, I think that was excellent value and we had already made up our minds that if there were delays or problems we would take a deep breath and go with the flow, so it was a good surprise to have virtually no problems and an enjoyable flight.
