The first leg was fine, small commuter type plane. Friendly crew and on time departure. In Atlanta, we experienced a 2 hour delay. Gate agents were friendly and helpful during the delay. In flight crew was extremely friendly. Chatted with them for long time while boarding taking place. Crew upgraded us to First Class. The first class service was incredible. Very attentive, excellent meal, lots of leg room, and professionalism all around. The 3 hour flight was truly enjoyable. On the return, crew was again friendly and helpful. Very professional. On time departures. After being a loyal customer to another American based airline, I am definitely changing my loyalties as they don't even compare. Great trip. I would highly recommend them when choosing an American based airline. | ||
