Taken August 2004 from Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport) - DFW to Los Angeles, CA (Los Angeles International Airport) - LAX
Our flight was canceled and Delta did not call my mobile phone to tell us, as we signed up for them to do. Once they told us that our direct flight was canceled, they could not locate another flight without going way out of the way and changing planes. One flight they suggested would have been a 12 hour wait in the airport. We finally asked them to see about putting us on another airlines. They called and claimed to have booked us on a direct flight with United, but when we got there, the United person told us there was no way we could get on that plane. Thank goodness United helped us get home. Delta has rearranged several of our flights here lately. We will not be flying with them again. |
