Looking forward to this holiday for a very long time. if only we had been told about this airline. to start with 1 hour delay leaving dublin flew to shannon delayed there for another 1 and a half hours. then the seats were not big enough for babies not alone adults the trays for our food could not lie flat out for lack of space. at 5 feet 2 inches tall I could not cross my legs we had to endure this for another 8 hours. the food was served if you call it food 1 hour later the trays were still on front of us. we had to ask to have them removed then all we got was snide remarks from staff. coming home is another story same plane no leg room what so ever. attendants told us when plane was befurbished last time over 20 seats were added obviously profits come before peoples well being. landed in shannon on way home only to be still there 3 hours later. we asked for water only to be told they only had emergency supplies for the crew. we eventually got some after a struggle the attendant pushed it into my husbands face saying it was hers should we have been grateful for this, I don't think so. I will never again fly avia jet, and I would advise anyone out there to do likewise.
