Home > US Airways Express > ReviewTaken September 2004 from Washington, DC (Washington National Airport) - DCA to Hartford, CT (Hartford-Brainard Airport) - HFDThe aircraft was a CRJ regional jet - which should be abolished with all speed. Because the aircraft is small, you cannot use a jet way. Therefore you have 50 people climbing very steep stairs carrying laptops, roller cases, coats and a whole host of other things. The seats were small and cramped together -and the flight was 100% full. It did leave on time, and actually landed 10 minutes early, but for some reason took 20 minutes to get to the gate. Bradley airport is small and there is no reason as to why it should have taken 20 minutes to park the plane. Then all the people and laptops, roller cases, coats and other things had to descend he stairs from the aircraft. All in all avoid small regional jets. The inflight service, not surprisingly was non existent. | ||
