Taken September 2004 from London (Stansted) - STN to Vancouver, BC (Vancouver International Airport) - YVR
First time we had flown with Zoom Airlines. Very impressed and would certainly fly with them again. Check in at both Stansted and Vancouver efficient and friendly. Plane very clean and tidy. Meals good with cabin service on both outward and return flights very good, also friendly and informative. Home and return flights (612/613) were on time, smooth and professional. Small gripe (very small) : - that "domestic gate" used at Vancouver and this does not allow duty free shopping. Not a big issue. |
