Taken January 2001 from Toronto Pearson to Ciego de Avila, Cuba

2 hour delay on departure, 7 hour delay

on the return trip. Sitting on the floor of the

departure lounge at Ciego De Avina, Cuba

was the most painful experience for us.

We are over 70 years old and we would expected

at least a minimum consideration from your

crew of Flight No. SV 814 & SV 815.

Seats on the plane are very small and uncomfortable. My wife's feet were swollen double

by the time we arrived at 6.30 AM at Toronto

Airport.
