Home > Etihad Airways > ReviewTaken August 2004 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Bangkok (Don Muang International Airport) - BKKFlew from London to Bangkok via Abu Dhabi with Etihad. A friend flew economy and said it was awful, cramped seats, OK service, but good food. First class offered flat beds, brilliant food, but the tv's are a bit small. Direct flights to Thailand are easier, but more expensive. Would fly with them to Thailand again, but you can't beat Thai airways - they are the best for direct flights. Don't touch BA with a barge pole - poor service combined with a late plane, and all for 11 and a half hours, no thanks. So Etihad for value for money, Thai for best direct. | ||
