Taken January 2004 from Glasgow, Scotland (Abbotsichn) - GLA to London, England (Luton Airport) - LTN

I believe that if you fly once a year to somewhere in Europe and manage to get a good deal on the price, and if by chance the flight departs on time, then you will probably think EasyJet are OK. If you are a regular traveller that needs to be places at a set time then forget it. Punctuality and customer service are shocking. I have flown with EasyJet over 20 times, and I clearly recall 2 occassions where we ran on schedule. Being herded around like cattle only adds to the EasyJet experience, as do the poorly trained, rude and inefficient staff. It's a dreadful travelling experience made worse by the fact that, not wanting to resist a captive audiance, EasyJet insist on trying to sell you rubbish from overpriced sandwiches to duty free at every opportunity. So forget about getting 40 winks, as the constantly blaring tannoy exorting you to buy this that and the other in a highly scripted fashion will see to that. Also, my last (attempted) trip ended in total flight cancellation. EasyJet refused to pay my taxi fare after having wasted my time and money getting to the airport - I was there on time, where were you EasyJet.

PS. I now fly every week with BMi, they are an excellent airline, no dearer than EasyJet if you book ahead, and a much more civilised experience.
