Taken September 2004 from Amsterdam (Schiphol) - AMS to Edinburgh, Scotland - EDI

I have flown with EasyJet a number of times, both domestically and internationally.

For the third consecutive time on this particular route, the aircraft was late departing.

Now, I don't mind the odd 15-20 minute delays, as these tend to happen with most airlines. However this flight departed 1.5 hours late with no explanation or representation from EasyJet staff.

This seems to be a common feature with EasyJet, the last flights of the day are inevitably delayed by at least 1 hour in my experience.

This particular flight, when it eventually departed, was reasonable enough. The captain kept us informed of our progress and estimated landing time throughout the flight. The cabin crew I have to say, did a particularly good job - despite the fact most passengers were unhappy about the delay, the cabin crew displayed a good-natured sense of humour, making the journey that bit more bearable.

Comfort? Well, I suppose if you are under 5'5" then you may get by. Thankfully most EasyJet flights are relatively short, so the lack of blood flow to the legs doesn't get time to cause serious damage.

Would I fly with them again?

Yes, probably - although it would be a decision based on economics, rather than experience.
