It was my first time I had to fly AIR INDIA because of unavailable tickets on other airline. I said that becuase I read horrible reviews and heard from friends about AIR INDIA.

I took the flight from Mumbai (BOMBAY) to Singapore. When I board the flight I didnt get the same experience that I had with other airlines (lovely smile from the air-hostess) but instead seen rude faces with unusual expressions. Never mind!!.

The seats were really uncomfortable even though I am average tall (5.8"). Was waiting for the drinks and finally

steward threw 1 frootie pack(juice 200ml). When I was little

thirsty and asked for water, air-hostess gave me horrible look & got back with one glass of water. (expressing that there is great effort to get 1 glass of water). It is not the end of the story but when I asked for Bedsheet, I got one with comment "this is the last one ok?" hmmm.

You said beer/wine? (hey what is that?)

I would never fly by AIR INDIA again even for free. The air-hostesses were ugly looking (inside & outside) and their rude behaviour made me to decide not to fly again.

Thanks AIR INDIA for giving me horrible lession but now I learnt alot.
