2 hours late leaving Heathrow, partly because the plane was late arriving and also because of leaking water, which was fixed while all passengers sat on the plane. We were kept informed by the captain and drinks were served twice before we took off. Window seat quite cramped because of the in-flight entertainment control box under seat, but not too bad. Flight attendants were superb and really seemed to enjoy their work. Service was always prompt and with a smile as well. Food was very good and in-flight entertainment impressive. Captain managed to make up some time so we landed just over 1 hour late at Colombo.
