Taken November 2004 from Blackpool, England (Squire's Gate Airport) - BLK to London (Stansted) - STN

Smooth flights both ways, no problems at check in or boarding - boarded the return leg 35 minutes before departure with very few people at the gate, meaning no crush at the gate!

Crew were sometimes difficult to understand, many had strong Eastern European accents, however apart from that they were all well presented and friendly.

Aircraft were clean, legroom lacking, but not uncomfortable for me.

One gripe is the propaganda passengers are fed - like being told we arrived at STN 20 minutes early - followed by a 5-10 minute taxi to the gate, making us 10 early in reality (the flight is times gate-gate, not gate-runway!). However apart from that I was very satisfied with Ryanair and had no cause for complaint - not after paying just £25 for the return ticket!
