Taken January 2004 from Manchester, England (Ringway International Airport) - MAN to Port of Spain, Trinidad Is. (Piarco) - POS

I must commend BWIA for the great service on this MAN-POS route. I have had several unpleasant experiences in the last 2 years, but I think the service is improving to the standard it used to be.

A very timely departure on a misty British morning. Seating was in the 2:4:2 on the ex-Virgin Atlantic AIrways Airbus A340 now flying in a hybred Bwee colour scheme. The interior was fresh and clean and excellent seat pitch. Drinks were served several times, duty free and hot lunches and afternoon tea. I had an extra tray of the delicious beef stew.

The Flight attendant crew was very friendly and helpful. The Captain and First officer were very professional and delivered a personal touch by keeping passengers abreast of the flight and they even gave news on the latest sporting events.

It was great to see all seats with PTv's. The only downside was the fact that many were inoperable. Go Bwee! Go from strength to strength!
