Home > EasyJet > 2004 > ReviewTaken January 2004 from Edinburgh, Scotland - EDI to Belfast, Northern Ireland (Aldergrove International) - BFSThe flight itself was great, left on time, arrived early and it only took 25mins. However the contracted ground staff at both airports were awful. The passenger staff of Servisair in Edinburgh were rude to say the least. The girl at checkin was more interested in chatting to her friend than asking security questions to me. In Belfast I think the agent is Aviance, we pulled onto stand and had to wait nearly 15mins before a member of staff came to the aircraft. Baggage reclaim took 30mins - bad considering we parked right beside the baggage belt and we could see that the aircraft had left before we got our bags. Overall - a very good Easyjet flight was let down by some very bad handling agents. | ||
