Taken October 2004 from London, England (Gatwick Airport) - LGW to Sanford, FL (Central Florida Regional Airport) - SFB

This airline is a shambles. Our flight was delayed by 5 hours for a 'technical fault' we were then taken onto the plane. When the plane moved black smoke came from the engine causing some degree of worry among the passengers.

\we were then subjected to a complete breakdown in communication nobody told us anything.

By now some nervous passengers wanted off, but were told to wait. Eventually we were told the plane was not able to take off.

After more fraught hours we got to a hotel they had laid on (we got there at 10 to leave again at 5am). They could not organise a you know what in a brewery.

The communication was rubbish,The eventual flight was OK, but the plane was quite old.

The flight home was only 1 hour late, but an uncomfortable flight with no pillows or blankets and freezing cold.Also no inflight entertainment.

BE WARNED This airline is RUBBISH. I would never get on there planes again. For the sake of extra fly with a reputable company.
